A report today in The Daily highlights how Michael Goldberg’s SAGES course ‘Beyond Silicon Valley: Growing Entrepreneurship in Transitioning Economies’ (USNA288I) had 42 additional classmates: entrepreneurs in Syria working to achieve business success. Over the course of the semester, the learners from both countries shared ideas via Skype, culminating with the Case Western Reserve University students offering business recommendations to their Syrian peers.
