CWRU’s third annual food symposium will take place from March 23rd to March 30th at different locations throughout the CWRU campus. Centering on this year’s theme of “Food, health, and politics,” the programs will include a keynote speech by Marion Nestle (sponsored by the Baker-Nord Center for the Humanities) on food politics, two panel discussions, a Food Market featuring herbs and microgreens, and a cooking competition. Participants will also have a chance to watch the Academy-award nominated film Knife Skills and meet the film’s participants.
