EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING FELLOWSHIPS encourage and support undergraduate student projects in the humanities, arts, and social sciences for the purpose of providing opportunities for experiential learning to students seeking a major or minor in these disciplines. A wide range of student projects are eligible for funding including support of research projects, travel to research conferences and travel abroad to enhance and complement course work associated with completion of majors or minors programs in the arts, humanities, or social sciences.
GEORGE S. TRAUB UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH GRANTS The George S. Traub Memorial Undergraduate Research Fund was established to support current juniors and seniors who are pursuing degrees offered by the College of Arts and Sciences related to the history, politics, public policy, or economics of the Northern Ohio region. Any student receiving these funds shall be designated a George S. Traub Memorial Fellow.
PETER WITT SCHOLARSHIPS for students seeking bachelor’s degrees awarded by the College of Arts and Sciences: Arts and Sciences students who will be seniors or juniors next year and who are involved in community service or volunteer activities that engage them with people in the Cleveland community, are encouraged to apply for the PETER WITT SCHOLARSHIP.
PHI BETA KAPPA RESEARCH GRANTS for students in undergraduate or graduate degree programs of the College of Arts and Sciences. The Case chapter of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society sponsors research grants ranging up to a few hundred dollars for undergraduate and graduate students in the College of Arts and Sciences.
